Haechi, a mythical animal, has been reborn as a character representing Seoul.
A Haechi character that is children-friendly and can communicate with the public has been created as well. The basic colors are ginko yello and brick brown-colors which were shown in a survey to be preferred by Seoulites. The character will be used in music videos, flash animation and at Hi Seoul Festival programs and events.
